Delivery time equals the entire processing time + shipping time, from start to finish.
For example, our standard shipping rate within the US offers 3-5 business days for delivery. This means that orders placed with our standard shipping or free shipping rate will be processed, shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days in total.
All Cloozz products available on our website are ready to order. Processing time is identical to all products available on our website. Orders placed by 11:30AM EST, will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:30AM EST, will be processed and shipped before 11:30AM the next day.
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday and shipped the same day.

At Cloozz we strive to turn every charm purchase in to a joyful experience of individuality celebration, unique and beautiful as the person it commemorates.
If you received the wrong Cloo, a damaged Cloo or if it's simply not what you expected, please contact us immediately. Cloozz come with one year warranty and your satisfaction is our top priority. We'll do our utmost to make sure every Cloozz customer will be our best advocate . To start the return or cancellation process, please contact us through here.
New, unopened & unused items can be returned to Cloozz within 100 days of delivery without a restocking fee.
An unused Cloo is: In the original undamaged packaging, attached with the original standard sized black band, with all of the 9 additional bands in tact with their strips and in their bags, with the booklet in it's original condition and an undamaged Cloo.
Used & opened Cloozz will bare a restocking fee of 2$ + USPS standard shipping rate (depends on where you are shipping from) back to our warehouse.
In case you'ed like to start the return process, please contact us through here and we'll return to you within 2 business days with all the information needed to complete the return.
*Please note that gift cards and unique coloured bands ordered separately from a Cloo are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace unused items or items which are defective or damaged. Please contact us through here to initiate your exchange process.
Every order placed and approved by an order conformation email sent to the account used right after purchase, immediately enters our shipping queue. Some orders may take up to 1 business day to be shipped. In general, any order canceled before shipping out will be 100% refunded.
In case you'd like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, it will bare a restocking fee of 2$ + USPS standard shipping rate (depends on where you are shipping from) back to our warehouse. Please contact us through here if you'd like to cancel an order with the order ID and your customer information such as name, address and email used to place the order.
Cloozz reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. In case of a change in our policy, notifications will be published on our website, on this page.
